Client Service Packages

Client Option A:  This package allows on-going clients the benefit of reserving a specific number of hours on a monthly basis, priority work status plus a discounted hourly rate.  Packages begin with a 10-hour minimum monthly time commitment.  Hours are not transferable from month-to-month.  The Work for Hire Agreement will outline the specific administrative responsibilities of the work request.  All invoices are payable prior to the beginning of the work month as work will not commence prior to payment.  Payments are accepted via check or PayPal.

Client Option B:  This package allows clients the benefit of remiting payment up front so there is no delay in the release of their work.  This package includes a 5 hour minimum monthly time commitment.  Hours are not transferable from month-to-month.  All invoices are payable prior to the beginning of the work month, as work will not commence prior to payment.  The Work for Hire Agreement will outline the specific administrative responsibilities of the work request.

Client Option C:  This package allows for the use of a VA for those "special projects" that you need assistance with.  The hourly rate and estimated time commitment will be negotiated and outlined in the Work for Hire Agreement.  All hourly rates are charged with a minimum of 1 hour, thereafter time will be billed in 15 minute increments.  A 50% deposit is required on all special project work.  Invoices are payable upon receipt via check or PayPal and prior to the release of any completed work.
